Customers should have feasibility to write what issue they are facing with your network. But no, This app is just one sided version (what they wanna say that will only be mentioned) for the owner. They intact wanted to blame us for not paying, etc., and after finally screaming back .. they traced it to the payment posting in 2 yr account, and promised to adjust. But the entire episode ran for 28 days .. and there was so much of stupidity, even asking me to send my entire month bank statement, to prove the money did not get posted back to my bank account! I have had ACT Broadband for the last 1 year & have been an extremely satisfied customer. Never had any major issues & all complaints have been attended very promptly. However, the only fly in the ointment has been the login. ACT keeps disconnecting me once every 24 hours.
