Work experience. many "educated" think that is enough. I believe in apprenticeships and internships. Show them the real world and give them some experience so they know what they can/can't do and can prove it. A while ago in young person 25/35, graduate and with 10 yrs or near experience required. Considering that generally to be a graduate you have to be 20/21 yrs of age, you would've have to start work straight away in your area and be there for 10 yrs and you would be 30 and have the remaining requirements. Educate employers as well.
