According to the latest information, Vikram Vedha will be released on Jio Cinema’s platform on May 12. It was speculated that the movie will be a surprise drop on the OTT platform, meaning that JioCinema might start streaming the movie without prior intimation. But, Jio Cinema has announced in a tweet that it will be streaming the movie on May 12.

Saif Ali Khan might be a social media recluse but his co-star Hrithik Roshan shared a picture of the actor's first look from the film Vikram Vedha, which placed him on Thursday's trends.

Vedha is a dreaded gangster who understands the nuance in between. Vikram's best friend Simon leads an encounter unit formed to eliminate Vedha. In one encounter, the squad kills some of Vedha's henchmen, framing an unarmed criminal killed by Vikram to avoid further inquiry.

However, the film is yet to get an official OTT release date. Vikram Vedha is a Hindi remake of the Tamil version, which was written and directed by the same Indian filmmaking duo, Pushkar-Gayathri, and was released in 2017. Vikram Vedha Hindi released theatrically on September 30th, 2022, and received positive reviews from critics.
