Tuition Fee Reimbursement Form Children’s Education Allowance is one of the greatest and most valuable concessions for Central Government employees implemented as per the recommendations of the 6th pay commission with effect from 1.9.2008. This allowance is paid for taking more care of the education of children. CEA and HS will be paid for school-going children from nursery to 12th class. The amount of CEA and HS will double for differently-abled children. Rate Chart of Children Education Allowance for first child and second child The revised rates of Children’s Education Allowance and Hostel Subsidy as per the 7th CPC are given below.
